You didn't lose your edge. Your season changed.

Faithfully Strong Wellness helps women in perimenopause and menopause — leading a boardroom or running a household — understand what's happening in their bodies and get relief.

You blank mid sentence

Mid conversation. The words that were always right there. And they're just... not there. You covered it with a laugh. It wasn't funny.

The 3am you can't explain

Asleep by 11. Wide awake at 3, replaying a decision from last week you already made peace with. Up at 6 anyway, running the day on fumes and coffee.

The silence you can't afford

You can't say "I'm struggling" out loud — not to the people who count on you, not to the ones who think you have it all figured out. So you carry it alone and call it fine.

Recognize yourself in one of these?

The Complimentary Cognitive Performance Series breaks down exactly why, and what to do about it.

👉 Watch it

You've spent 20+ years being the one people count on: sharp, reliable, never needing to be told twice. Now sleep loss, brain fog, and other symptoms are threatening that.

"I am still highly capable, but my cognitive performance is no longer as reliable as it used to be, and it is starting to affect how I show up."

Worse than the fatigue is the silence. You can't show vulnerability to the people watching you: younger colleagues, your kids, the ones who think you have it all figured out, without it being read as "she's losing it."

But this isn't your ending. God did not bring you this far to let your impact fade now. Your authority, your physical power, and your body's health are fully connected.

You can reclaim your edge through our core pillars

When Faith, Strength, and Wellness work together, here's what you get back:

âś” You sleep through the night, because your body finally has what it needs to rest.

âś” You finish your sentences. You walk into a room trusting your own mind again.

âś” Your strength comes back, the kind of stamina that lets you keep showing up fully for the people and work that matter to you.

âś” You understand your own body, what your labs actually mean, and what to do about it.

Underneath it all: a settled confidence that this season is a shift you have real tools to navigate, spiritually, physically, and biologically, instead of white-knuckling through alone.

Meet Your Guide: Menopause Strategist, Jackie Roberts, MT(ASCP)

Hi!  At 63, and I'm living proof midlife doesn't mean stepping back.

I'm a lifetime ASCP-certified Medical Laboratory Technologist who's lived through the very changes I help women navigate today. My faith carried me through my own menopause, and it pushed me to find out what my body was really telling me instead of accepting "normal" as the final word.

Now I bring 30+ years inside clinical labs and pharmaceuticals inclusive of hormone marketing to your corner. I've seen how it's sold to doctors, so I know when it truly helps a woman, and when it doesn't. I use that same lens to connect your lab results, sleep, metabolism, and performance to protect the capabilities you've worked so hard to build.

You don't have to navigate this season alone. Let's look inside the lab, understand your biology, and protect the performance that makes you who you are.

I'M GLAD YOU'RE HERE!

If Nothing Works Anymore, Read This

What you're experiencing is not failure, it's not lack of discipline.  It is the direct physiological side effects of fluctuating estrogen and high cortisol.

Your body has entered a new season and no one explained how the rules have changed!

What I wish I knew about Menopause that we incorporate into your plan.

You Are Likely Under-Eating.

Managing night sweats, hot flashes & other symptoms isn't about a single type of diet or herb.  It requires looking at your specific history, blood sugar and lifestyle to find out what moves the needle for your unique body.

Starving your body to lose midlife weight backfires. Eating too few calories spikes cortisol (stress hormones), slows your metabolism to a crawl, and signals your body to aggressively hold onto fat.  Shifting your plate to high-protein, low-processed whole foods works with your changing biology to unlock high performance.

Instead of chasing cardio, you can become strong.

Long, exhausting cardio sessions raise cortisol, worsen your brain fog, and burn away the very muscle you need to protect your metabolism during midlife. As a busy woman, you do not have time to waste on workouts that work against your biology.

Shifting to compound strength training just 3 days a week restores your physical authority in minimum time.
